Incognito is a privacy tool known as a mixer, which we developed to utilise zkSNARKs. It is a privacy-masking tool that allows users to send and receive cryptocurrencies anonymously, whilst keeping their identity and transaction history hidden. Incognito works by breaking the link between the original sender and receiver of a transaction through a process of obfuscation. ZkSNARKs, which stands for Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Argument of Knowledge, is a type of technology that enables proof of a statement without revealing the statement itself. In the context of a crypto mixer, it allows the verification of a transaction's validity without revealing any information about the sender or receiver.
